What LinkedIn members have to say about victoria:
I have no idea why Victoria paintings effects me so strongly, the work puts me into a very lush space. As photographer I usually respond to subjects matter and visual icons in context. Victoria’s work is about a place that I’ve never been and I’m ready to go there.
Peter deLory, Photographer Seattle
Victoria is an artistic genius. She has a completely different eye for the world, and is in many ways a visionary. Her work is original and enlightening, and it makes you think, engage, and ultimately, immerse yourself into the work itself. I greatly enjoy the paintings I've purchased from Victoria, and on many late evenings of work, I've stepped away to peer into them, losing myself in the stimulation and excitement of her creation. Really fabulous, inspired work.

Victoria Johnson is an American contemporary artist and painter, who consulted architectural and design firm libraries in the Seattle area. She returned to her professional studio practice in 2000, composing paintings for Lisa Harris Gallery, Sopa Fine Arts, art consultants and hotel specifiers.
An introduction to Victoria Johnson is to discover a visionary, who has a sensory approach to concept and form. It is often said, her paintings evoke natural resources, land, water, sky, often referencing Indian Country iconography. In the act of painting, the subject of location and form, allude to this subject matter. She's a romantic structuralist and conceptualist and her color palette and imagery is energetic and luscious.
